Clinker is actually called grains that are heated in the production of cement.
For production, limestone is first exploded with dynamite, and after extraction, it is crushed in special stone crushers.
Its grains are 3 to 25 mm in diameter, which are used to make cement. Cement is produced by heating aluminum silicate and limestone at 1400 to 1500 degrees Celsius. We can store clinkers dry for a long time.
Cement production factories in areas where raw materials are scarce or unavailable provide clinker for cement production.
Contrary to popular belief, cement and clinker are not the same material, cement is powder-like and is used in construction, but clinker is a material used in cement production.
Cement is prepared in two ways: wet and dry:
wet method: raw materials are mixed together in water and ground.
Dry method: raw materials are mixed and ground in a dry state without moisture.
